I was so satisfied and impressed with Donnell after I contracted with him to purchase my condo in Washington, DC in 2007 that I selected him again to serve as my agent when I sold my unit eleven years later. Unfortunately, when we were preparing my condo to be listed on the market there were no comparable condos in my neighborhood for us to use as a guide to decide the list price for my unit. Donnell came up with a reasonable list price and fortunately, my unit sold above its listed price. Additionally, he did an excellent job managing my condo’s preparations and eventual sale. Not only did he make good suggestions for improvements and upgrades, but he also found and coordinated the work with a reputable contractor. Likewise, he arranged for various bulk items to be removed by a company he works with, which saved me some time and effort. Similarly, he recommended and coordinated with a company to stage my unit after I moved out. And he facilitated a seamless closing, although I had already relocated to Georgia. I’m grateful to him for taking such excellent care of me not once but twice!"
